About Us
LEAD Construction Services, LLC, is a certified Woman-Owned Business (WBE) & Minority-Owned Business (MBE) General Contractor. Established in 2017, LEAD concentrates on commercial construction in the five surrounding counties of Philadelphia. LEAD provides high quality projects in a safe and team-oriented environment. The company focuses on building relationships with their clients by ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are paramount.
My Story
Victoria’s passion for construction comes from her lifelong involvement in the family’s construction company. From the age of 14, she worked at the firm and was always interested in gaining more knowledge about the business. Her vision is to show young women, specifically her two daughters, that women are capable, significant, influential and an essential part of the construction industry.
When Victoria is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their children, and spending time at the beach in the summer.
